🦧Honest-1 Auto Care has amazing people who work there: the customer service is definitely on point and the mechanics know their job. My heat in my truck has not been working; another mechanic charged me over $1k to "fix it," but failed. I wasted my money, but life goes on and I'm not going to waste my time worried about that. Especially because I had an awesome mechanic by the name of Gabe who worked on my truck and my heat was so good and hot that my stereo system was hot to touch and I could SMELL the heat (LOL). Oh, it was sooo good to have my heat working, If anyone else worked on my heater core (outside of Gabe), I want to thank YOU too! I hope that I never need another heater core again - it was over $2,400.00, but it was worth it because I needed heat and I LOVE my truck. 🧡 🔶My husband's Chevy Tahoe is at Honest-1 right now; the work will be over $6,000, but it will be well worth it because we are confident things will be working perfectly. Another mechanic attempted to charge my husband about $10k for the same work. Honest-1 are honest people. Please don't ever leave us (ha ha ha)!

Honest 1 always has very good fast service, comfortable waiting area for those who stay until their automobile is ready. They also have good coffee and Wi Fi service for your convenience.

My review will focus on two areas. The atmosphere of the facility and customer service of the business. Upon entering, the waiting area and service desk is clean and well organized. The bathroom is very clean and well maintained. The lobby is very clean and inviting. I do like that they have free Wi-Fi along with refreshments. The one suggestion is I think a popcorn machine would benefit the customers. As being the home of the honest mechanic, what's a better way of saying welcome to our home than the smell of popcorn. Mark is awesome.. always hard at work keeping you updated on what is happening. Mike ( the manager popcorn hater) real talent is custom service with his blah, blah, blah. The real rock star is Trevor. Friendly and accommodating. Always busy keeping the business moving along with the customer or with the technicians. I do appreciate the no hard sales or upgrading that other shops will do. They give it to your straight what need attention now or can wait.

I had an extremely bad experience with Landmark Ford (where I purchased my F150 when new) service and brought my F150 to Honest-1. For the past 2 years they have been honest as the name indicates which is really important to me. They have done major and minor repairs to my truck and always been forthcoming, timely, friendly and informative. I encourage anyone in need to patronize their service centers.
