Went in for the first time with this company. Had a alignment done on my 13 escape. The customer service was awesome and my escape was done super fast. The price was also fantastic. Not a single complaint and I will be back if ever need something done again that I can not do myself. Highly reccomend them here

This is an unsolicited review I wanted to submit this because I was very happy with their work: I came in with a wheel bearing that was going bad and am a bit of a tricky customer as although I could drop the car off early in the week I would not be able to pick it up until Friday and asked that they keep me appraised of any change orders. They were extremely accomodating with my schedule and did a good job of keeping me informed. I came in late Friday and was able to pick it up and was very pleased to find it better than when I had left it with the problem fixed. I had recieved other quotes for this before from other shops, I will say they were a bit more expensive HOWEVER, before paying the tab they advised me of a discount they were offering that brought the price down much closer to on par with other shops. Whether this was an oversight or a clever marketing strategy I am unsure. Either way I wish the discount had been included in the original quote. Again I am very happy with the repair preformed and would be happy to do business with them again.

I have been going to Honest-1 even before i moved to Oregon (sorry). While i am always worried about getting taken advantage of by mechanics, the last two times I've visited Honest-1 have been great. I thought my vehicle might have major issues but they only had to grease up some joints. First time they only charged me for the labor and this last time they did it free of charge! Mike's always in a good mood and communicates effectively to help me understand what was needed. I'll be coming back here any time i have an issue
honest one is always ready to help. Have done excellent work for me. they have great discounts. I live in Gresham now but I will always go to the Clackamas one

Didn't have battery in stock....but got it delivered in 30 minutes. I had to leave, but when can back, they installed it promptly.
