Wow! I took my vehicle here for an oil change a couple days ago, and I have to say I was pretty impressed (I'm a difficult person to impress). The office is HUGE! There is also a large kids zone which is great! They even have a large refreshment option! I spoke with technician Michael, and he was very friendly (He did not service my vehicle). Mike was also very helpful in discussing future service options. I do have two concerns, which honestly I should decrease my rating by 1, as I was not very pleased. The first being the temperature in the office. It was pretty warm, warm enough to put me to sleep, it was pretty uncomfortable. I couldn't imagine working in that environment all day during the summer. I'm not sure if there is currently an AC unit in place, and it just wasn't working properly, or if there is not one at all, which is unacceptable. Another customer commented on the heat as well while I was there. This should be addressed ASAP. Second, upon entering my vehicle after the oil was changed, I noticed 3 small oil or black smudges on my carpeting that were not there prior to having it serviced. There was not a paper mat inside, as I've seen many shops use, to prevent this from happening. I'm not sure if this is a common practice to not use preventative measures like this, but it should be implemented if it not. Overall, a great place. I just suggest looking into these two things!
