I went to Honest-1 a few months ago and apologize for the lateness of this review. Originally, I went in to get some quotes on upcoming maintenance on an old car with 200,000+ miles on it. Karl took the time to give me several quotes and spoke to me about the reality of the age and high mileage of the car. Very professional. Sure enough, several weeks later one of the items went south and I took it into Honest-1. The price was a little high, but this is a franchise and I can live with that. The job was performed as described. Karl took the time to talk to me about this high mileage and pitfalls of that but we agreed to wait it out. About a month later, old age hit the car again, this time at the transmission. Karl gave me some options, we agreed on what to do and it was finished a day earlier than promised. The only part that I didn’t like was the warranty. It just stated on the invoice in one line that I had a warranty. That’s it. No terms, no conditions. I called about it but was told that is how it is handled. Since I have owned a franchise in the past, I know that these types of issues are generated at the headquarters level. With that in mind, I give 5 stars to Honest-1 Clackamas, Karl and the staff, but 1 star to Honest-1 Corporate. Will I take my car there again and recommend it?.............. Definitely.
