Mark and Mike were absolutely artisans in the craftsmanship and care that was put into the repairs of my Jeep. Great team, It was great experience and not a simple one where I had to navigate traditional and extended insurances. Highly recommended if you want feel peace of mind on the road and personal customer service from A to Z.

I saw a coupon on Groupon, and decided to JUST call and speak to the shop directly. I Am extremely impressed with Mark, the gentleman whom took my call. I was seeking a transmission service, oil change,. I informed Mark of the details, and I could Not believe JUST how helpful, and interested he was in My Own personal situation. He took time to explain certain factors in which would Be useful, again for My Own personal situation. Most shops, mechanics, do not Care to waste a single minute in educating a potential customer. Nor to Be transparent, Black and White, point blank. .. BUT with a courteous and kind demeanor about it. I would be willing to drive the extra miles to go to the Clackamas shop, in a heartbeat. Was able to schedule an oil change & tire rotation within the same week I called. Was greeted warmly and completed it in just barely over an hour. If you choose to wait, they offered free Wi-Fi with an area to use a laptop and/or charge your electric devices. Along with another space away from other customers to sit where the is a large-screen TV on the wall with a remote or just relax while you wait. VERY Happy with the service I received and will return for future service needs.

Honest-1 is great! I've been going to them for years and have always had a positive experience no matter which location I go to. Everyone has been friendly and straightforward and explained things in plain English without talking down at all. They always communicate and get consent about all repairs and costs before starting the work. I can't say enough good things. To quote my dad "if you find a good mechanic or a good primary care doctor, hold onto them for as long as you can!"

They seem to be the one we always go to for our car repairs. I even got one of their refreshers dangling from my rearview mirror.
