I got a Groupon for oil changes and some additional discounts. The waiting area was great. I scheduled online, which was fantastic because the hours I work made it difficult to call. They let me know of 2 things that need to be addressed and gave me a quote. No high pressure, fear based sales.

I always feel that Honest 1 gives good value. They give suggestions and possible options to help my family make car maintenance and repair decisions. I recommend the Honest 1 organization to my young adult children who have moved away and need car help.

Brought in a very old car with lots of miles into the Honest Car shop to diagnose why engine was rattling and shutting off while driving. Honest Care gave me a quote and helped me decide that it was time to get rid of the car based on a cost analysis to repair the vehicle and its current value. I appreciated their advice! It was time to get rid of the car!

I have been going to Honest-1 even before i moved to Oregon (sorry). While i am always worried about getting taken advantage of by mechanics, the last two times I've visited Honest-1 have been great. I thought my vehicle might have major issues but they only had to grease up some joints. First time they only charged me for the labor and this last time they did it free of charge! Mike's always in a good mood and communicates effectively to help me understand what was needed. I'll be coming back here any time i have an issue Edit on 4/14/22: i brought in my car one night since it had a screw in the tire. Since i bought the tires from them, it got patched for free and was ready by noon the next day!
